Contract cancellation EU (B2C)

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The period of cancellation is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier,

• took possession of the goods (in the case of a sales contract for goods supplied in a single delivery); or
• took possession of the last goods (in the case of a contract for several goods that you have ordered as part of a single purchase order and that are delivered separately);
• or took possession of the last partial consignment or unit (in the case of a contract for the delivery of a product in several partial consignments or units);
• or took possession of the first delivery (in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specific period of time).

By submitting this form, you declare the cancellation of your contract.

Please note the legally applicable provisions in our General Terms and Conditions (section 8). Please note that the right of withdrawal is legally excluded in certain cases – such as for personalized goods, products that have already been used, or sealed items that have been opened.
